At The Wiser Financial Group, I serve as a financial advisor that helps bridge the connection between employer’s needs, employee needs and identifying insurance gaps for employers and organizations.
I can work within my corporate specialties of providing financial advice at the organizational level for employers and providing financial advice at the individual level for employees. As a fiduciary, I provide insurance and financial advice that takes the institution and individual in consideration when it comes to the long-term outlook.
After the pandemic, during the time of “The Great Resignation”, corporations are looking to strengthen their benefits, in combination with providing more financial advising resources to their employees. On the flip side, Employees are looking for a clear-cut explanation of benefits, strategies to maximize financial planning and ways to determine what their pathway to retirement looks like in the years to come. It has been incredibly rewarding to help on both sides of the spectrum to improve long-term planning for organizations, reduce all parties' anxiety when it comes to understanding the investing process and help the appreciation of the working relationship between employer and employee.
Outside of the office, my greatest joy is spending time with my family. I have been happily married for over 25 years to my wife, Macie. We have two beautiful girls, Elise and Aleia. Elise was recently married, and Aleia will be heading to college in the fall. We have been very active in our church through the years. We enjoy outdoor sports and spend much of our time hiking, mountain biking and boating here in our beautiful state. Over the past several years, we have been exploring national parks across the country.
